Water supply
The maintenance of water supply is 90 Euro per year.
Cost of water depends on the amount of cubic meters spent a year:
120m3- 58cents per 1m3
120-240 m3- 87 cents per 1m3
240 m3 and more- 1, 39 cents per 1m3
Example (house of 200 sq.m., ground plot of 500 sq.m.) up to 400 Euro per year

Electricity supply
Charges for electricity are defined by:
-the area of a house
-taxes
-quantity of spent electricity

Example: for a house of 200 sq.m. the payment will be 75 Euro per months plus 0,07 for 1 kilobyte of the spent electric power.

Phone
For the phone line 10 Euro are paid per month. A concrete phone conversation time is added according to the following tariffs:
Stationary phone- 3 cents/per min (depending on time and duration of conversation)
Mobile phone- 16 cents/per min (depending on time and duration of conversation)
International call- 3-8 cents/min (depending on time and duration of conversation)
International call (Russia) - 35 cents
