The house is situated on Peloponnesus peninsular, in Derveni area that is in 142 km from Athens and in 1, 5 hour driving from the airport.

Peloponnese is situated on the south of Greece and is washed by the Ionian Sea from the west and by the Aegean Sea from the south-east. Peloponnese is famous by picturesque landscapes, green pine tree forests, huge mountains and clear sea water. There are legendary towns, such as: Mikens, Sparta, Epidaurus, Korinthos and famous Corinthian canal.

Derveni also called "Pearl of Peloponnesus" is a small town situated on the sea side of Corinthian channel. Beautiful quays, transparently pure sea and beaches attract a lot of tourists and even Greeks here. There are a lot of restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars and clubs here. There is also one of the most famous SPA resort, Loutraki, where you can really enjoy your vacation.
