The area of Tsilivi is the best suburb and very close to the main town of Zakynthos Island. During May to October it has good quality tourism and all kinds of shops are available in a walking distance.

During November to April, there are still some shops open and free of charge dispensary, pharmacy, primary school, bakery, super market and Orthodox Church.

The whole area of Tsilivi has a city official plan which gives higher value to the properties.

The complex is of luxury construction and all houses and rooms have 200 degrees uninterrupted Sea View and quiet environment.

For investments the rent rate is varying from 160 to 500 Euro per night, depending on the size, the location, the season etc.
