Zakynthos, also called Zante, is part
of Ionian Islands. Zakynthos
has beautiful long sandy beaches with crystalline waters which
attract thousands of visitors every year as well as the endangered specie of
sea turtles Caretta - Caretta which come during the reproduction period to lay
their eggs in the soft golden sand of the beaches. The superb beaches of Zakynthos are famous in Greece for
their unspoiled beauty and their mirror -like emerald - waters. The most famous
beach of the island of Zakynthos and one of the best beaches in Greece is the
wonderful Navagio Beach (Shipwreck beach) which has fine white volcanic sand, turquoise waters
and the remains of a ship which are emerging from its perfect sand. Great
beaches are also: Agios Nikolaos, Porto Zoro, Gerakas, Marathia and many others..
Many beautiful and picturesque villages can be found in magical Zakynthos. The mountainous villages of the
island are particularly traditional and have kept superb old mansions which
have survived the earthquakes of 1953. Lovely
fishing villages are embellishing the coastline of the island and are built
near the wonderful beaches of Zakynthos.

The area of
Tsilivi is the best suburb and very close to the main town of Zakynthos. During May to October it has good
quality tourism and all kinds of shops are available in a walking distance.
During November
to April, there are still some shops open plus Dispensary, Pharmacy and Primary
School.
The value of land
and houses in this area is one of the highest in the island and it is
increasing by 10% per year.
The whole area
of Tsilivi has a town official lay out which gives higher value to the
properties.
The high quality
of the sea, the crystal water of the bays, the very light refreshing mistral

euro/day and an actual renting duration of 4 months (67%), then the minimum annual income will be 504,000 euro (350
euro x 30 days x 4 months x 12 houses ). This is for the beginning and it will
be increasing.
