Prices for the plots of land, with all communications and infrastructures, in the regions of the small resort towns, such as Dilesi, Oropos, Avlida start from 100 Euro per 1 sq.m.
Closer to sea, higher the prices:
500 meters from the sea - 300-350 Euro per square meter
10-15 meters from the shore line - 450- 500 Euro per square meter
500 meters - 1 km. from the sea - 100-150 Euro per square meter
