We offer you a beautiful villa on Mykonos, probably the most cosmopolitan of the Aegean Islands. Every year it is visited by thousands of tourists from around the world. All the houses, shops, churches, restaurants and windmills are immaculately whitewashed, with door frames and window shutters highlighted with splashes of sky blue and jade green. The streets are a maze of narrow, winding alleyways - many only two or four feet wide, overhung with dazzling pink and purple blossoms. On every second doorstep sits a cat, gazing down serenely at passers by. Furthermore, Mykonos offers fine dining, beautiful beaches, spectacular sunsets and a notoriously wild night life, clubbing and party scene.

New villa is situated in Agios Ioannis town. It is only in 8 min driving from the airport and in 50 m from the wonderful beach.

The villa`s design follows the strict traditional architecture of the island on the exterior, while its interior is a mixture of contemporary and traditional, blending contrasts of dark wood with white walls and furnishings. Quality and understated elegance prevail throughout.

Villa layout (300 sq.m.):

First floor consists of dining room, guest room, home cinema room, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and bedroom en suite with twin bed.

Second floor consists of two bedrooms with twin beds.

Basement level consists of a separate studio with one suite and two separate rooms for servants.

There is corner shape swimming-pool of 250 sq.m. on the territory of the villa. There is also open space veranda close to the swimming-pool.
